Hey. What's up? So the past few days I noticed my guide has been mostly inactive. It's possibly due to the fact that it's just day to day activity happening right now. Not much guidance needed for this. When it does react to something I'm doing, it's when I forget to stay present in the moment and I go on autopilot.

My guide has been teaching me to stay present when I do even the most common daily activities, like brushing my teeth in food, feeding the dogs, and throwing out the trash. Things like that. I'm still trying to understand this part, but I believe staying present has helped me with mental loops. Those thoughts that sneak into your head when you least expect them.

And before you know it, you have replayed a scenario out in your mind multiple times that causes you to get upset. So here's a tip. Instead of going on autopilot, try finding the joy in doing the mundane. Some call this a labor of love, but it's more than that. There's a certain kind of satisfaction when you take something like washing the dishes and thinking the source is smiling about it.

Which my guide has shown me repeatedly that a source does smile about things like this. For example, I just did a few loads of laundry in the past. I would pull out the clothes, dump them in the bin, and wait a week or more to fold the clothes. If I'm being honest, sometimes I would never fold them. I would simply be forced to iron them when I planned to wear the clothes.

Today I stopped and said no. We fold these now as it brings a smile to the source. And just like that, I have my closet shelves organized. So when you're handling your chores and going about your day, find the divine in the mundane. I am your cosmic homie Moondara and I'll catch you on the next one.
